The Eye Center Okmulgee seeks a Director of Practice Operations to lead practice managers across the region, drive patient care quality, and optimize profitability. The role Partners with physician leadership to execute strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to deploy data-driven improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive education and experience in general business and organizational operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree preferred.
• Previous Optometry/Ophthalmology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate protocols and implement changes to maintain or improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient flow and operating results.
• Manage financial outcomes: cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and wage costs.
• Drive operational excellence to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Deploy data and research to support business objectives and growth.
• Oversee daily operations and revenue generation with a focus on growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and develop practice managers; recruit and retain leaders.
