Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader, Residential HVAC ISC, to drive a multi-year transformation across the Americas. You will partner with ISC and business leaders to shape a comprehensive roadmap, implement scalable lean practices, and advance the enterprise BOS to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and productivity gains across manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead a multi-year transformation strategy across ISC in the Americas.
• Partner with executive leadership to align priorities and initiatives.
• Design and deploy an integrated operational excellence roadmap for sites and DCs.
• Drive high-impact lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, delivery, quality, inventory and productivity.
• Develop long-term capability-building for leaders and teams; embed a culture of CI.
• Engage customers, suppliers, and partners to improve end-to-end performance.
