Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader for CHVAC ISC, Unitary and Airside in the Americas. This role shapes a multi-year strategy to mature the lean BOS, transform operations, and drive sustained competitive advantage across manufacturing and distribution centers.

Lead cross-functional teams, partner with senior leaders, and embed a culture of continuous improvement leveraging digital tools and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term capability building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of world-class lean manufacturing experience.
• Plant management or significant operations leadership experience required.
• Formal certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive a continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead a multi-year transformation strategy for operational excellence.
• Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and alignment.
• Design and deploy an integrated excellence roadmap across all sites.
• Drive initiatives to improve safety, delivery, quality, inventory, and productivity.
• Develop long-term capability-building for leaders and teams.
