Job summary

Heritage Financial Credit Union is seeking a Strategic Business Operations Temp to support project and administrative tasks, maintain procedures, and help improve workflows. You will work with teams across the organization to troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support efficiency improvements that benefit members.

You will help keep information accurate, organized, and timely while maintaining confidentiality and following established policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional office/ banking experience helpful.
• Experience in administrative, office, financial services or operations support preferred; comfortable learning new software.
• General understanding of financial services operations and BSA requirements.
• Must develop understanding of Bank Secrecy Act requirements and comply with applicable policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and administrative support, track assignments, coordinate information, meet deadlines.
• Review, format, organize, and tag procedures and resources for accuracy and usability.
• Organize files, maintain records, ensure materials are stored and accessible.
• Assist with data entry, reconciliations, routine reporting, and quality reviews.
