Heritage Financial Credit Union is seeking an Operational Strategy Analyst I in Middletown, NY to support enterprise applications and workflows. You will assist users, coordinate with teams and vendors, and help implement process improvements to boost efficiency and member service.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years in banking/credit union tech support. Proficiency in MS Office and rapid learning of new software are essential.

Formación

• 4-year college degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• One to three years of experience in a credit union or banking environment, system support, project support, or a related area.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software applications are required.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements as they relate to the position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for enterprise applications and workflows.
• Assist users with access, questions, routine issues, and requests; coordinate more complex issues with internal teams or vendors.
• Maintain system settings, procedures, documentation, and user resources under established guidance.
• Support updates, testing, implementations, and other operational projects.
• Review workflows and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and service quality.
• Assist with implementing process changes and monitoring results after changes are made.
• Prepare and maintain routine reports and information for management, auditors, and business partners.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing in support of enterprise solutions
• Complete recurring responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
