Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors or a related/equivalent program
• Business (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Org Behavior)
• Science
• Technology
• Engineering
• Mathematics
• Operations
• Supply Chain
• Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)
• Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
• Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, ifrequired, uponstartdate
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

• Diagnose where a business function stands, chart where it needs to go, and design the transformation required to get there
• Think, not just execute, and bring a perspective into every conversation
• Turn messy data into a clear insight, build the analysis and financial fluency that earns credibility in the room
