Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations, or Human Resources
• Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0+; 3.3+ preferred)
• Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office and be able to commute daily
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client work
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support clients in transforming business processes through AI and enterprise technology solutions
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, and ServiceNow
• Use AI tools to build prompts, skills, and workflow enhancements
• Conduct current state assessments, future state design, gap analysis, workflow optimization, testing, and performance measurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions
• Leverage data-driven insights to enable successful business transformation
• Drive user adoption and change management to align technology with client objectives
