Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Functional & Operations Strategy Summer Scholar to work with senior executives on high-impact transformation projects. You’ll frame problems, analyze data, and communicate clear recommendations to clients with significant leadership experience.

You will learn to apply AI tools in real, high-stakes situations and contribute to strategy and execution across human resources, finance, supply chain, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors or a related/equivalent program
• Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Technology/Sciences
• Strong academic track record is preferred

Responsibilities

• Help diagnose and frame client problems before delivering analysis
• Dig into data, build analysis, and extract actionable insights for executives
• Learn to communicate recommendations clearly to executives with deep experience
• Engage with AI tools and accelerators as part of the transformation journey
• Contribute to advising Fortune 500 clients across multiple practice areas
