Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an entry-level Enterprise Tech Strategy Summer Scholar in the United States. You will work on defining questions, analyzing data, and translating insights into executive-ready recommendations to drive enterprise transformation.

You’ll partner with executives, learn to connect strategy and execution, and grow within a supportive apprenticeship model. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Majors listed include Info Systems, Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Liberal Arts.
• Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
• Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office with ability to commute daily, if required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• This is an entry-level opportunity intended for candidates beginning or building a career in this field.

Responsibilities

• Define the right question before reaching an answer; dig into data, build analysis, and identify insights for executives.
• Learn to communicate recommendations clearly to executives who've led companies longer than you.
• Address questions at the center of enterprise transformation: technology state, modernization sequence, operating models, AI value and scalability, and debt and investments.
• Participate in diagnosing current state, charting future goals, shaping modernization roadmaps, and turning solutions into practice on the business.
• Grow through an apprenticeship model with coaching and feedback at every stage.
