Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Functional & Operations Strategy Summer Scholar to help executives navigate disruption at scale. You’ll diagnose, analyze, and transform business functions using AI tools, then clearly communicate insights to seasoned executives.

From day one, you’ll tackle undefined problems, build the right questions, and contribute to strategic initiatives across HR, finance, supply chain, risk, and real estate with coaching from top practitioners.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the listed majors.
• Majors include Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, Supply Chain, Liberal Arts.
• Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA; 3.5 preferred).
• Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on work and clients.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose where a business function stands and chart where it needs to go, then design the transformation.
• Build analysis and insights from messy data to inform client decisions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to executives who have long-tenured experience.
• Learn to apply AI tools and accelerators in high-stakes advisory work.
• Contribute to strategy across HR, finance, supply chain, risk, real estate, and customer experience.

Education
