Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of people management experience
• At least 5 years directing process transformations or projects
• At least 3 years of strategic planning
• Process or project management certification such as Scaled Agile, Lean, or PMP
• 6+ years of people management and 6+ years directing process transformations or projects
• 4+ years of strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction with cross-functional collaboration and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with lines of business to ensure operations are represented in ideation, design and execution.
• Create roadmaps and influence senior management discussions and decisions.
• Drive operational excellence and change management across teams.
• Communicate across teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
