Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• At least 5 years of experience directing process transformations or projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic direction and coordinate across lines of business to align objectives with servicing strategy.
• Influence senior management and partner across tech, product, and intent teams with human-centered design.
• Lead horizontal communications and consulting with business partners to resolve cross-functional problems.
