Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to support administration, planning, and execution of operations activities within a federal contractor environment.

The role focuses on improving operational systems and processes across organizational levels, ensuring efficient handling of program office tasks while aligning with government directives and project needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with seven (7) years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor’s degree with ten (10) years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, providing administrative support and contributing functional or technical expertise.
• Schedules and executes recurring meetings and reviews (e.g., Staff Call, Program Management Reviews, All Hands).
• Maintains strategic calendar with significant activities, travel and events.
• Coordinates inputs for quarterly Risk Management Board.
• Manages daily operations processes to ensure smooth flow for organizational leaders.
• Communicates taskings from Government Operation Director to Staff Directors and relevant units.
