Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) is seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst IV to facilitate strategic change within a federal client at the senior headquarters level.

You will partner with the OCM Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to translate initiatives into engagement plans, governance documentation, and executive-ready communications. The role requires an Active Secret security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders (GS-15, SES, General/Flag Officer).
• Experience supporting governance documentation, process mapping, or maturity-model frameworks for federal or DoD organizations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of change management strategies for complex projects, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Develops and maintains stakeholder engagement plans and prepares executive-ready messaging for governance discussions.
• Applies maturity-model frameworks to standardize organizational change and program management processes, and maintains execution plans and governance structures.
• Produces executive-ready written materials and coordination for leadership reviews and governance forums.
