Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to support administration, planning, and execution of operations activities within a federal contractor environment.
The role focuses on improving operational systems and processes across organizational levels, ensuring efficient handling of program office tasks while aligning with government directives and project needs.
The Senior Operations Specialist will provide support in administration, planning, and managing operations activities. The Operations Specialist will assist with improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well‑being. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. Experience interacting with Army stakeholders supporting similar scope and scale of services is preferred. Experience working successfully within a mature shared services‑based capability for enterprise‑level customers is preferred.
Master’s degree and seven (7) years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years of relevant work experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $107,000-$120,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
