Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to provide administration, planning, and management support for enterprise-level government programs. You will coordinate IPTs, arrange meetings, and maintain critical operations workflows for executives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience, or bachelor’s degree with 10+ years.
• Experience coordinating IPTs and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in IPT meetings and provides administrative support.
• Schedules and executes recurring meetings and program reviews.
• Maintains strategic calendar with significant activities and events.
• Leads daily operations processes to ensure consistent flow for organization leaders.
• Develops and implements policies, plans, and directives.
• Prepares reports and presentations for leadership.
• Represents the team in special programs/projects and advises on improvements.
