Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) is seeking a Strategic Engagements Specialist II to help intake, staff, coordinate, and execute strategic engagement opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders across DoD and federal partners.

The role involves developing engagement strategies and ensuring alignment with agency objectives. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of professional experience, plus strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic engagement, relationship management, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ex executes strategic engagement plans to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintains a roster of past and future engagement activities and provide weekly summary reports.
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
• Acts as primary contact between the DCSC and key stakeholders, reviewing engagement requests.
• Develops and implements communication strategies to convey the organization's value proposition.
• Advocates for the organization's interests through public speaking, presentations, and written communications.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to integrate engagement strategies with operations.
