Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our growing organization. You will partner with executive leadership and multiple departments to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and organizational priorities translate into measurable results.

The role requires exceptionally organized, analytical, and execution-focused leadership who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
• Ensure initiatives remain on schedule and identify and resolve obstacles quickly.
• Maintain visibility into major priorities and elevate risks as needed.
• Prepare materials, reports, and analyses for leadership and board meetings and strategic sessions.
• Coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams.
