Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive execution of strategic initiatives across our fast-growing organization. You will work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and results are measurable.

The role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and execution focus in a high-growth environment. You will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, and Marketing to translate priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
• Ensure critical initiatives remain on schedule and obstacles are identified and resolved quickly.
• Maintain visibility into all major organizational priorities and proactively elevate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive results across departments.
