Job summary

Revolution Search Group is seeking an experienced operations leader in Wisconsin Rapids to drive key business outcomes, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and elevate operational excellence across the organization. The role reports to the VP/Director of Operations and collaborates with Plant Managers and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities include leading process design, standardization, and multi-department projects, while ensuring scalable, data-driven improvements that support growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in plant operations.
• Proven background managing projects in a plant/manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to work with staff at all levels, from production to executives.
• Experience with project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support key operational initiatives aligned with senior leadership goals.
• Manage continuous improvement efforts, startup and ramp-up projects, and performance reporting.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing standards and scalable processes.
• Analyze cost structures and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop technical and process design expertise and share knowledge across teams.
• Provide indirect leadership through collaboration with plant leadership and home-office teams.
