Job summary

Global Recruiters of West Bend is seeking an Operations Manager for a well-established engineered products manufacturer in the Madison area. The role oversees overall Operations performance and leads shop-floor activities across 1.5 shifts, with a focus on lean implementations, standard work and waste reduction.

The ideal candidate will drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement while engaging a diverse team of 100–120 associates.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing principles and standard work required.
• Strong manufacturing leadership across shop floor operations.
• Excellent communication with employees, peers and leadership.
• Experience with financial controls and cost reduction initiatives.
• Hands-on daily leadership to engage, motivate and retain staff.
