Responsibilities

• Hires, disciplines, and terminates staff with District Manager involvement.
• Maintains labor within budget and posts schedules in advance.
• Oversees expenses and profitability to meet budget goals (P&L reviews).
• Ensures all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Opens and closes shifts; completes required paperwork.
• Ensures customer needs are met per service standards.
• Supervises cash control and bank deposits.
• Maintains store cleanliness, organization, and equipment.
• Ensures accurate product ordering, stocking, and pricing.
• Implements and reinforces training programs for staff.
• Trains associates on food handling, procedures and product standards.
• Ensures proper storage, dating, and temperature control of foods.
• Ensures adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Completes performance and wage reviews in a timely manner.
• Maintains uniform and appearance standards; enforces policies.
• Reports key operational issues to upper management.
• Maintains required operational records and a safe workplace.
• Conducts regular team meetings and attends management trainings.
