Job summary

Lozier Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager in Omaha to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple areas. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale while mentoring cross-functional teams and aligning daily work with long-term business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/seminal continuous improvement experience, and expertise with SCADA/MES/ERP systems to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in business, engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, operations, or equivalent if degreed.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or equivalent if non-degreed.
• At least 3 years in a multi-team or area leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple production areas.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM).
• Translate objectives into KPI-aligned actionable plans.
• Foster continuous improvement and employee development.
• Oversee workforce planning, shift scheduling, and resources.
• Champion lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
