Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations planning, scheduling, or a similar role.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and Power BI; data-driven decision-making.

• Developing and managing detailed operational schedules to meet deadlines.

• Analyzing data including production metrics, resources, and forecasts.

• Monitoring and adjusting schedules as priorities change.
• Communicating schedules and forecasts across teams for alignment.
• Supporting demand planning and forecasting with data analysis.
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Excel and Power BI.
