Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Track industry trends and define programs to meet business needs.
• Manage HR functions including hiring and training of managers.
• Coordinate inventories and supervise operations to reduce cost and improve performance.
• Ensure SOX compliance and safety procedures.
• Make decisions based on accurate information and represent issues for resolution.
