Experience supporting customer-focused or commercial growth initiatives in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business initiatives from planning through execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to perform basic analysis and develop impactful business presentations.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely execution.
Coordinates with various departments to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Oversees, coaches, and grows direct reports, aligning tasks with project goals.
Identifies risks and mitigates them effectively.
Responds to escalated issues during or after implementation, troubleshoots, and proposes solutions.
Reports on progress to senior team and stakeholders.
Implements best practices and identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
