Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a strategic executor to lead high-impact business initiatives from concept to implementation. You will partner with commercial, supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to drive priorities, govern effectively, and maintain executive-level communication.

The ideal candidate will use a consulting mindset to translate priorities into actionable plans, anticipate risks, and deliver measurable results across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience coaching teams or managing direct reports preferred.
• Background in Commercial Operations, Consulting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives.
• Coordinates with departments to allocate resources effectively.
• Oversees and coaches direct reports, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Responds to escalated issues during/after implementation and suggests solutions.
• Reports progress to senior team and stakeholders.
• Implements best practices and identifies process improvements.
