HD Supply is seeking an experienced operations leader to ensure processes and policies are communicated and adhered to across the organization in Illinois. You will hold self and team accountable for performance and drive accountability through metrics, taking ownership of initiatives and processes.

You will oversee human resources functions, training of managers, supervision of associates, and coordination of inventories.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience managing a team and operations.

Responsibilities

• Tracks trends in industry and defines/implements programs to meet business needs.
• Manages Human Resources functions including hiring, training of managers and indirect supervision of associates.
• Ensures associates have tools and training, coordinates and monitors inventories, facilitates moves.
• Manages logistical planning for Fleet and Operations.
• Implements and enforces procedures for SOX compliance, focusing on SOX, safety, and general operations.
• Focuses on process and operations to reduce cost and improve performance.
• Makes decisions based on accurate information and represents issues clearly for resolution.
