Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or equivalent in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

• Discretion with confidential information and professional handling of sensitive matters.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities; able to learn and supervise AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the COO's calendar, meetings, priorities, and time.
• Anticipate needs, identify conflicts, and proactively propose solutions.
• Prepare the COO for meetings by gathering information and identifying decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional work and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Lead the operating rhythm, action tracking, and executive processes.
• Mentor and lead a small administrative team and foster collaboration.
