Job summary

CFLeads is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to serve as the President/CEO's primary operations steward, translating strategy into day-to-day practice and aligning systems, processes, and cross-team structures for high performance. You will shape capacity, risk management, HR, IT, legal affairs, and cross-department coordination to support the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Model integrity, accountability, and inclusivity in all practices
• Serve as a trusted partner to the President/CEO and leadership teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure organizational continuity
• Steward day-to-day internal operations and translate strategic plans into annual work plans
• Oversee governance, internal communications, risk management, HR, IT, and legal affairs
• Design and implement strategies to foster culture, accountability, and excellence
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and resource stewardship
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor organizational health
