Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production across maintenance accounts, managing labor, materials, and equipment. This role targets a book of business of at least $1 million and reports to the Branch Manager.

You will lead a team, coordinate seasonal schedules, and drive efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. Strong irrigation knowledge and pesticide certification are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a supervisor/manager with proven ability to train, nurture and develop employees.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Hold a Pesticide Certification 3A & 3C or better.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to schedule multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all production aspects on a portfolio of maintenance accounts.
• Map out seasonal work schedules and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Lead and develop the team, coaching for performance and succession planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met across jobs.
• Monitor budgets and job costs; communicate results to management and crews.
