Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production across maintenance accounts, managing labor, materials, and equipment. The role targets a book of business around $1 Million and reports to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource coordination, budget management, team leadership, and process improvement to ensure quality and profitability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• 2-4 years of supervisor/manager experience with ability to train and develop employees.
• Pesticide Certification 3A & 3C or better.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to schedule multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Aspire a plus.
• Travel between client sites may be required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support company vision, policies, safety/training programs and pass along to employees.
• Familiarize with each job’s specifications to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
• Map out seasonal work schedules and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance.
• Respond to client requests promptly and coordinate with Client Management to resolve concerns.
• Manage budgets and monitor job costs; report profitability and hours.
• Lead and develop a team; coach and provide feedback for growth.
• Train employees in safety, quality, and equipment usage.
