Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production across a portfolio of maintenance accounts, including labor, materials, and equipment. The role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating manpower and equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards while leading a team and developing employees for future growth. Travel between client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; additional degree desirable.
• 2-4 years supervising employees and scheduling multiple projects.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems and safety programs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage production on maintenance accounts including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain seasonal work schedules and crew allocations.
• Monitor budgets and submit cost reports for profitability.
• Lead and coach the team; hire/promote and provide feedback.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards across jobs.
