Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production for a portfolio of maintenance accounts, including labor, materials, and equipment. This role carries accountability for a book of businesses at around $1 Million and reports directly to the Branch Manager.

You will map seasonal work, coordinate crews, equipment, and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability across projects. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; Associate or bachelor's degree desirable.
• 2–4 years supervisory/managerial experience with ability to train and develop staff.
• Pesticide Certification 3A & 3C or better preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to schedule multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage production on maintenance accounts, including labor, materials and equipment.
• Develop seasonal work schedules; coordinate manpower, equipment and materials.
• Monitor budgets and job costs; report productivity and profitability.
• Lead a team, hire/promote, coach and develop staff; enforce company standards.
• Train employees in safety, quality, and efficiency practices.
