Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts, managing labor, materials, and equipment. The role includes handling a book of projects worth at least $1 million and reporting directly to the Branch Manager.

You will map seasonal work, coordinate crews and resources, ensure safety and quality, and lead a team to achieve profitability. Strong leadership and irrigation system knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree desirable.
• 2-4 years in a supervisor/manager role; proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Pesticide Certification 3A & 3C or better (preferred).
• General knowledge of irrigation systems and related equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to schedule multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts.
• Oversee labor, materials and equipment; maintain budget and job cost reports.
• Develop seasonal work schedules and coordinate manpower and equipment.
• Hire, coach and develop employees; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with clients and management to resolve issues and optimize operations.
