Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of distribution/operations experience required or equivalent.
• Experience leading production, warehouse and delivery operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production, Warehouse and Delivery operations and ensure safety.
• Develop and implement branch plans aligned with growth strategy.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and material utilization; manage resources.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive productivity gains.
• Coordinate with IT/reporting to optimize operations data and decision-making.
