Job summary

CareVet, a growing veterinary network, is seeking a Manager, Strategic Operations in the St. Louis area to lead high-priority initiatives from kickoff to rollout.

You will bring structure to ambiguity, turn data into decisions, and run the operating cadence across finance, IT, and operations to support quarterly reviews and strategic outcomes.

Relocation to the St. Louis area is preferred; candidates with consulting or corporate strategy backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy-and-operations roles.
• Project manager at heart with ability to drive plans to completion.
• Strong tracking and ability to articulate status, risks and mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end to end, from kickoff through hospital touchpoints.
• Drive to completion, track progress weekly, flag gaps and actions.
• Bring structure to ambiguity by defining plans, owners and milestones.
