Amazon Inc. Prime Video seeks a Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, scale strategic initiatives, and deliver cross-functional programs that improve the customer experience and business outcomes.

You will partner with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology to align priorities, establish executive reporting, and translate post-launch learnings into repeatable process improvements and preventive mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations, strategy, program management, or a related analytical role.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs from conception through delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present to senior audiences.
• Experience earning trust with and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in media, entertainment, or streaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business planning processes including operational planning, goal-setting and business reviews.
• Build and maintain executive reporting mechanisms to surface actionable insights for leadership.
• Execute cross-functional programs and initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology teams to align priorities and drive execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation for continuity and knowledge transfer.
