Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.
• Experience in the entertainment industry.
• Experience building and owning business review mechanisms and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business planning processes including annual and quarterly reviews.
• Design and maintain executive reporting mechanisms for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology to align priorities.
• Build and improve repeatable mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs).
• Manage stakeholder relationships across levels and influence without authority.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation.
• Lead post-launch retrospectives and translate findings into improvements.
