Prime Video seeks a Sr. Business Operations Manager to partner across the org, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives at scale.

You will own key mechanisms, guide go-to-market planning, and deliver cross-functional programs impacting customer experience and business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, combines analytics with program mgmt, and delivers results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business strategy or non-tech program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and large programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
• Experience building executive reporting and business review mechanisms.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end business planning processes including annual and quarterly reviews.
• Design and maintain executive reporting mechanisms to surface insights for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate priorities.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology to align priorities.
• Create and improve repeatable mechanisms (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs) for accountability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence across levels without authority.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation for continuity.
• Lead post-launch retrospectives and translate findings into improvements.
