Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business planning, goals, and reviews.
• Build and maintain executive reporting mechanisms for leadership.
• Execute cross-functional programs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology to align priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and clear communication across teams in the organization.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation for continuity.
• Lead post-launch retrospectives and translate findings into improvements.
