Prime Video is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives across the organization.

You will own critical processes, steer go-to-market planning, and deliver cross-functional programs that impact customer experience and business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, combines strong analytical skills with program management excellence, and has a proven track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs.
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business planning processes including annual and quarterly operational planning, goal-setting, and business reviews.
• Design, build, and maintain executive reporting mechanisms to surface actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market for strategic priorities.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology teams to align priorities and drive execution.
• Build, document, and continuously improve repeatable mechanisms (e.g., WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) that drive accountability and transparency.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization; communicate clearly and influence without authority.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation to ensure operational continuity.
• Drive post-launch retrospectives and translate findings into process improvements.
