Job summary

National Business Furniture, LLC seeks a Senior Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment. You will lead strategic initiatives, analyze data for cost savings, and develop business cases for investments and tech improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in operations analytics, advanced Excel, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Experience with BI tools and ERP systems is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, finance, engineering, business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or related analytical role.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements with measurable results.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sources.
Experience with data analysis, cleansing, normalization, and reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
Financial acumen and experience developing business cases and evaluating investments.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives across logistics, fulfillment, installation services, and last-mile delivery operations.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost savings and profitability improvements.
Develop and execute business cases for operational investments, processes, and technology.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
Lead projects from analysis through implementation with measurable results.
Create current and future state process maps and drive continuous improvement.
Develop SOPs and scalable operational processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to improve service and cost efficiency.
Develop operational KPIs and performance reporting for informed decisions.
Evaluate opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve effectiveness.
