Broan-NuTone is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Operations and Inventory in Wisconsin to partner with the North American Supply Chain and Operations teams. The role demands analytical rigor, detail, and clear communication across levels.

The ideal candidate will drive cost-saving initiatives, support monthly close and budgeting processes, and provide actionable insights through reports and forecasts. Manufacturing experience is a plus; advanced Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in accounting/finance.
• Strong cost accounting and operations reporting background.
• Analytical skills to decipher data and provide insights.
• Self-motivated with adaptability to changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively partner with North American Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Contribute to cost savings projects with updated forecasts.
• Support site finance teams during monthly close and reporting.
• Monthly analysis of active cost savings projects with insights.
• Analyze department reports and metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare clear monthly financial summaries for informed decisions.
• Assist VP and Directors with budgeting, forecasting, and SG&A reviews.
• Participate in various strategic projects as assigned.
