Job summary

This role combines operations, process improvement, project management, and business analysis to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.

You'll partner with Operations, Technology, Business Intelligence, and Executive Leadership to optimize processes, develop dashboards and KPIs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of operations, business analysis, project management, or operational consulting within wealth management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce).
• Experience with PMO tools including project plans, timelines, RACI matrices, Jira, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop business cases and operational enhancements based on data.
• Manage multiple strategic projects with planning, trackers, and governance.
• Partner with BI teams to develop dashboards and executive reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decisions.
