• 5–10+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Management Consulting, Project Leadership, or Operational Management.
• Strong business acumen linking operational decisions to company performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution.
• Experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and independent ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to execute strategic initiatives across the organization.
