Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational experience within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or wealth management environment.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a strong focus on coaching and development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead processes, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the operations team, fostering accountability, growth, and a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the end-to-end client account lifecycle, including account opening and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between custodians and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
