Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment seeks a Director of Strategy & Centralized Operations in Culver City to oversee SSC, Archibus, procure-to-pay, union payroll, reporting and policy programs. You will partner with leadership to set department strategy, budgets, and OKRs, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 7+ years in business operations or shared services with leadership experience.
• Experience with IWMS platforms (Archibus) and enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to develop exec-level presentations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SSC, Archibus, procure-to-pay, payroll, analytics, and policy programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to define strategy, OKRs, budgets and plans.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Standardize POs, vendor payments, rent allocations, and financial tracking.
• Develop reporting, KPIs and dashboards; ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with People Experience, Finance and Procurement to improve services.
