Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. in Culver City seeks a Director of Strategy & Centralized Operations to oversee the Studio Service Center, Archibus, procure-to-pay, and payroll administration.

You will partner with the executive team to shape department strategy, budgets, and OKRs, while driving continuous improvement, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration across People Experience, Finance, Procurement and other functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business operations, facilities administration, workplace services, shared services, or related functions.
• 5–7+ years of leadership experience managing administrative or operational teams.
• Experience with IWMS/Archibus or similar platforms.
• Experience developing and managing OKR programs.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape department strategy with EVP and Senior Leadership Team, prioritizing goals and initiatives.
• Oversee SSC and Administrative teams, aiming for continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Lead end-to-end procure‑to‑pay administration and standardize processes.
• Ensure change management and training are integrated into improvements.
• Standardize POs, vendor payments, rent allocations, and payroll administration.
• Develop and maintain Policies, procedures, and operating standards.
