The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in business or operations management (MBA preferred), 5+ years of experience, and proven success managing budgets and complex projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• ITAR Registration Experience
